In the framework of the TULIPANA program the Centre for Global Heritage and Development organizes an internship for a history student. The student will be send to Brazil to make a general inventory on archival sources available on Dutch migration to Brazil. The student needs to have proficiency in Portuguese and Dutch language and should be able to spend at least two months abroad.
Together with the Centre for Global Heritage and Development you will first specify the research project and apply for (extra) funding. Charles Jeurgens, Professor in Archival Science at Leiden University, will guide you through your research work.
