'Student hubs' connect Master students from Leiden, Delft and Erasmus to heritage questions and needs from societal partners. These questions and issues are translated into concrete topics and short term internship positions coupled with a tailored supervision from both your organization and our academic network. For students this is a way to get experience, to build their cv and network and maybe to find a topic for their thesis. For organizations this is a way to have a fresh look at things for low costs; our students are ambitious, intelligent and think out-of-the-box.
Heritage issues are of vital importance. From a governmental level to small businesses heritage matters are increasingly coming to the fore. What is the impact of your business on the cultural environment? Can we restore monuments using sustainable methods and materials? How does heritage impact the location factors of your city? How to get the local population to participate in your cultural project? What technologies work best to locate heritage in remote or inaccessible areas?
